These requirements include applications for high-temperature, high-voltage, high pressure, aerospace, high-energy physics, medical technology, super conductivity, ultra-high vacuum, cryogenics, lasers and numerous others.
Omley Industries, Inc. has pioneered many applications using the active alloy brazing process. When quick delivery is required, the active alloy process has proven to be cost effective. Omley also uses a variety of metallizing processes completing the full range of ceramic to metal brazing services
Omley has capabilities for brazing or welding Metal to Metal assemblies with like or dissimilar metals. Our customers prefer brazing for its many advantages, such as cosmetic appearance, cleanliness, baked-out surfaces. Brazing also eliminates oxidation, outgassing, and virtual leak areas that are common with welding. The surprising aspect of brazing is its low cost. In most cases, it is very competitive with welding.

Aluminum Oxide, Beryllium Oxide, Zirconium Oxide (magnesium and Yttria stabilized), Diamond, Aluminum Nitride, Boron Nitride, Silicon Nitride, and Sapphire.
Kovar, 42% Nickel-Iron, Tantalum, Molybdenum, Titanium, Monel, Copper (Common and OFE), Hastelloy, Inconel, Steel (Common and Stainless), Beryllium, and Nickel.
